Honey Hill Beef



Honey Hill Farm raises grassfed beef. There are many healthy benefits of grass-fed beef. It is many times higher in Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and Omega 3 fats than grain-fed beef, and we use no growth hormones or antibiotics, which are often used in grain-fed beef. Grass-fed beef actually has more Omega-3 fats than fish, which unfortunately can have a great deal of mercury contamination.                We only sell frozen split quarters and halves. Our butchering takes place in the early summer or fall. This is because we want to take the steers off a rich growth of grass since that makes for better beef.

The price is based on hanging weight and is set based on current market conditions. The price includes cutting, wrapping and freezing at a USDA inspected facility. The beef will have to be picked up either at our farm in Hilton or at Joe's Market in Ontario, NY.
