2002 SPRING CLASSIC
MAHA SHOW AND
MEETING
The MAHA annual Spring Classic Show will be held the weekend of May 3, 4, 5th 2002 at the York Expo Center in York, PA. (Not the York 4H Center as in 2000).
A block of rooms will be held at the Holiday Inn Holodrome (Phone 717-846-9500, Rate: $79.00). Mention MAHA for group rate.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
A. Cattle may arrive at York Fairgrounds after 12:01PM
A. Prep day and / or arrival of cattle.
B. MAHA B.O.D. Meeting at cattle barn at 8:00PM.
C. Exhibitors pick up show packs and check papers with show steward.
A. All cattle in place by 7:00AM
B. Junior Show at 9:00AM
C. Open Show at 10:30AM
D. Banquet at 7:00PM at Alexander’s Restaurant, Cost: ½ Chicken $11.50 or Prime Rib $18.50
E. Silent Auction all day until 5:00PM. Contact Lynn Wilson at 570-286-7952 or Donna Jestel at 585-392-9062
F. Junior Hamburger (sponsored by the MAHA juniors) , Shirt Sale
G. Cattle may be removed after 5:00PM
A. Cattle removed from barn by 10:00AM
B. Clean your exhibition area or contract with your 4H kids for clean up

B. There will be a private treaty sale board available. Contact Norm Wurzbach at 717-927-8117.
C. Beef for sale: If you have it or steers, please place on sale board.
Deadlines:
1. All exhibitors must be MAHA members. Junior exhibitors only need to be sponsored by a MAHA member.
2. All show entries must be received by March 20, 2002. Late entries will be at double fees and may not be able to be listed in show book.
