Junior Show

Regulations:

· Exhibitors must show also in the open show and follow it’s rules

· The exhibitor need not own the animal, however, he/she must

· Be sponsored by a MAHA member

· Have done the majority of work with the animal

· Must help get the animal ready for the show

· Must help take care of the animal at the show

· Only heifers are to be shown

· There will be no entry fee for the junior show, however, the exhibitor must pay an entry fee for the open show

· The first three place winners will receive a cash award plus ribbons

· All rules pertaining to open show will apply to the Junior Show

Junior Heifer Show: Junior Showmanship:

Class 1 2002 Heifer Calves Class 6 Pee Wee (children under 7 yrs.)

Class 2 2001 Heifer Calves Class 7 Junior Class (ages 8 - 12)

Class 3 2000 Heifer Calves Class 8 Intermediate Class (ages 13 - 16)

Class 4 Purebred Steers Class 9 Senior Class (ages 17 – 21)

Class 5 Crossbred Steers (at least ½ Highland)
