NORTHEAST HIGHLAND CATTLE ASSOCIATION FALL SALE 2003
NEHCA will hold its second Internet/Silent Auction Sale in
conjunction with the 2003 NEHCA Fall Show at Springfield, MA on October 11,
2003.
All animals offered for the NEHCA Fall Sale will be entered in the NEHCA
Fall Show.
They will meet these health requirements:
MA
Approved Health Certificate
Rabies
vaccination within the last twelve months, not less than 15 days.
Shipping
fever complex within 60 days, but not less than 15 days. All animals need booster.
All
animals shall be free of infectious diseases.
A
vet will be on the grounds to write and check health papers.
Additional requirements for breeding females:
Test
for TB within 60 days, but not less than 15 days.
Brucellosis
test within 60 days, but not less than 15 days for non-vaccinated animals over
18 months.
(Vaccinated animals under 18
months do not need to be tested.)
Bidding will be begin via
this web-site. Bidders will
contact Roger Jestel via e-mail to place their bid. A name and phone number
must be supplied with the bid. During the show/sale weekend, bidding will be
done in person. All bids will be
posted publicly on a sale board at the show. People who bid via the Internet and will
not be attending the show/sale will be contacted for final bid
instructions. Bidding will end
shortly after the fall show, which takes place at the NEHCA 2003 Fall Show in
Springfield, MA. Successful buyers
will be announced at the evening banquet.

Amaze is a beautiful white heifer with a sweetheart disposition. She
was Reserve Champion Sr. Heifer Calf at the spring MAHA show. Her sire,
DH Exclusive, was Res. Grand Champion Bull at the 1998 National Western
Stock Show and is the sire of the Grand Champion Bull at the 2001 NWSS.
Amaze's dam, Li Terra Andrea, was a 2-time Res. Grand Champion Female
at the NEHCA fall show. She was a division winner numerous times at shows
acoss the country and finished in the top 3 Roll of Excellence winners
all three years of her show career. Offering a special opportunity to

Shat'Acres Cinnamon Swirl, first place two year old at MAHA. She was also
supreme champion at Orelans County Fair in August. Also Supreme Champion
Caledonia County Fair. First Place and Grand Champion at the NYS Fair.
This heifer is one of our top heifers of our 2003 calf crop.
