Lodging arrangements have been made at the Holiday Inn, downtown Springfield. Room Rate is $89.00. Reservations must be made by September 12th to get this rate.
Campers - there are electric and water hookups adjacent to the real of the Mallary complex. The rate is $12/night.
We are going all out to encourage owners who haven't shown their cows before to give it a try. If you want or need help at the show, please contact Greg Markwell. His email address is: gmarkwell@wildblue.net. He has been in contact with a number of experienced Highland owners who have shown previously and volunteered to help you at the show in everything from grooming and setting up your stall to ring tips.
The point of this effort is we want you to have a great time, take the big leap and use this opportunity to get into the show ring.

CUT-OFF DATE:
The reservation cut-off date is 5:00 (EST) on SEPTEMBER 12, 2008. At that point, any unreserved rooms will be released to the reservation department for resale. If you wish to extend this date, we require a guaranteed form of payment for those rooms you would like us to continue to hold.

The above guest room rates are subject to all applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.45% and are net, non-commissionable.
Guest room rates above apply to existing bedding in each room Rollaway beds are available on a first come, first serve basis for $20.00 each.

By calling the hotel directly at 413-781-0900, individuals can make their own reservations. For individuals to receive the established group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the NORTHEAST HIGHLAND CATTLE ASSOCIATION.
