31st Annual Meeting of Northeast Highland Cattle Association

The 2011 NEHCA Spring Meeting will be hosted this year by Oxbow Stock Farm in Goshen, NH on the weekend of May 21.

The spring meeting will be held May 21, 2011 at the Carrick's Oxbow Stock Farm, 1593 Washington Rd, Goshen, NH 03752. It is their 40th Anniversary and we will be helping them celebrate! The Board of Directors will meet at 9 am and the regular business meeting will begin at 11 with lunch to follow. A packet will be mailed to all members with a registration form, which needs to be mailed back to Donna Jestel. We need these back in a timely manner so preparations can be made. There is a $20 per adult fee for the meeting and luncheon costs. Juniors under 18 free.

The hotel is the Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge and Jim said there is a block of rooms set aside for NEHCA until 4/21/11. He was able to get a rate of $99 plus tax per night and breakfast is included. You can reach the hotel at 800-606-5253 or 603-763-2010. Stay on Rte 10 out of Newport (right turn at light) to Goshen - approximately 5 Miles.

Go through Goshen center - Town Hall, Grange, Library, Firehouse, Dennis Lumber, etc. on Rte 10 until the split for Rte 31 (past the cemetery on the left). Take Rte 31 (Washington Rd.) up the mountain for approximately 3 miles. Oxbow Farm is on the right - red house and barn.

If you reach the Goshen Washington town line you have gone too far. Turn around we're right behind you.
